Meet Our Team
Moira Noble
CEO and Founder
They say life is a journey and it is Moira’s own journey and personal life experiences that led her to create Peace at HomeCare LLC. Moira knows first-hand the frustrations and fears that accompany losing one’s independence due to illness and the constant struggle to maintain one’s dignity and purpose during these challenging times. She has a full understanding of how beneficial a little compassionate care can be to an individual whose independence has been compromised. Moira is committed to making sure that Peace at HomeCare LLC delivers compassionate and personalized care while restoring a sense of PEACE to all the individuals they serve.
Moira graduated from the University of Delaware in 1986 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She moved to New York City following college and was employed in a variety of industries including advertising, finance, and industrial design. She left the workplace in 1993 to raise her three children on Long Island and kept active volunteering in her community – PTA, religious education teacher, Fresh Air Fund volunteer, and Girl Scout Leader.
Moira moved her family to Fayetteville, NY in 2007 and returned to the work force as an operations manager for a Syracuse printing company. She continued her volunteer work in her new community including volunteering at the Francis House in Syracuse. Moira left her job in 2012 to continue her journey and Peace at HomeCare LLC was born. It is Moira’s vision that the services her company provides become the vehicle by which PEACE is restored to people’s lives.

Amanda Martin
Client Manager
In December 2023, Amanda became a part of the Peace at Homecare team, initially joining as the On-call Care Coordinator before being promoted to the position of Homecare Scheduler, and then Client Manager. Originally from the Chittenango area, Amanda's journey towards a career in healthcare was influenced by her six-year tenure as an Apache Helicopter Mechanic in the US Army. During this time, she began contemplating a transition into the medical field.
Upon fulfilling her military contract, Amanda enrolled in Medical Assistant school in Washington State, where she excelled academically, graduating with high honors. Her professional journey began in Family Medicine, a domain she found deeply fulfilling. Upon her return to Central New York, she transitioned to Dermatology, finding satisfaction in assisting with skin cancer removal surgeries and helping individuals feel more confident about their skin.
After dedicating six years to Dermatology, Amanda decided to embark on a new path in Homecare. Completing her Health Service Administration Diploma in 2024 and making the Dean’s List, Amanda finds immense fulfillment in working closely with individuals and addressing their needs. Her dedication to enhancing the well-being of others underscores her commitment to her evolving career in healthcare.
Liz Rychecky
Human Resource Assistant
I am a dedicated medical professional with a diverse background and a passion for patient care. The second of five siblings, I grew up in North Carolina and moved to Ohio during my childhood years. After pursuing a career in medical assisting in 2009, I faced and overcame a breast cancer diagnosis, ultimately graduating with my Medical Assistant degree in 2014.
My career began in ENT and allergy, where I gained valuable experience in in-office procedures, including cyst removals and skin biopsies. I then transitioned to family practice, expanding my skill set and understanding of patient needs, before moving into neurological disorders.
In March 2023, I relocated to Central New York for new opportunities and to be closer to family. I am excited to bring my expertise to Peace At Homecare, where I aim to make a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
