Summary of Position:
Provide a variety of services and assistance to seniors and disabled persons who require assistance
with daily living activities and serve as a bridge to independent living lifestyle.
Qualification Standards:
Possession of a high school diploma or GED is required. Experience as a caregiver in a home health
setting is highly desired.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Essential Functions:
- 25% - Escort clients to a variety of activities - gym, shopping, hairdresser, doctor appointments, grocery shopping, etc.
- 25% - Monitors clients by observing physical and mental condition, daily activities and assisting clients with personal services such as supervising personal hygiene, dressing and general care.
- 20% - Assist with home chores including, but not limited to, laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation.
- 20% - Provide general companionship to the Client.
- 10% - Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following Agency standards and procedures, maintaining security precautions, and assisting with personal items such as medication reminders.

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers verbally and in writing.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Caregiver does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Job Description
Job Title: Office Assistant I
Department: Operations
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Report to: Director of Operations
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
On-Call Stipend: $50 Stipend weekdays 4:30pm-8:30am; $100 Stipend 24 hour; $250 Stipend (Friday 4:30pm-Monday 8:30am) plus mileage reimbursement if necessary. Double Stipend Pay for holidays.
Phone Reimbursement: Monthly phone reimbursement.
Caregiver Compensation: $18-$21 per hour if required to cover a shift and time and a half for holidays.
On-Call Requirement: This position requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule. This includes 2 weekdays each week and every other weekend. Candidates MUST be willing and able to report to work while on-call.
Expected Hours: 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be required while on-call.

Peace at Homecare LLC is seeking a CNA, HHA, or PCA certified candidate to join our team as an Office Assistant who can support our administrative offices in the day-to-day operation as well as participate in an on-call rotation up to two weekends a month and two evenings per week

- 10% - Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and provide caregiver coverage as needed.
